Feedback++ Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using Feedback++ accounts, website integration, feedback data, notifications, CLI/API access, and Agent Skill access.

1. Service
Feedback++ provides a website feedback widget, console, notification channels, CLI, API, and related Agent access. Features may vary by environment, plan, or availability.
2. Accounts and credentials
Keep account passwords, sessions, and API tokens confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly rotating credentials that may have been exposed.
3. Website integration
You must have permission to place the widget on a website. Configure the list of websites allowed to submit feedback accurately, disclose feedback and screenshot collection where required, and exclude sensitive content from screenshots.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Feedback++ to violate law, impersonate others, distribute malware, attack systems, collect data without authorization, or interfere with the service or other users.
5. Data and content
You retain responsibility for feedback and other content submitted through your sites. You must have the rights and notices needed to collect, process, share, and delete that content.
6. Agents and integrations
Only give private tokens to trusted Agents or server environments. You are responsible for reviewing Agent actions, webhook destinations, generated development prompts, and any changes made through the API.
7. Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve data integrity and communicate material changes when appropriate.
8. Contact and updates
These terms may be updated as the product or requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
